It’s no secret that I’m a conservative, and that I was hoping and praying for a conservative win for our election. But now that it’s over, I’m praying that we’ll all merge as Americans, and be diligent to pray for our leaders. America is an amazing country, and despite our in-fighting and emotions during our campaigns, we are blessed with the ability to accept the outcome of our elections and allow a peaceful transition of power. I think that speaks loudly to the rest of the world.
God is on His throne, and this is all part of His plan. Remember that He is still in control.
Rom. 13:1, 7 “Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God…. Render to all what is due them: tax to whom tax is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.”
